Would stay there again as our stay was PERFECTLY PLEASANT. The venue is ideal and comfortable modern, its location is marvellous, near to Alameda park, major attractions and two metro stations. The staff are extremely friendly and best and the room is new-fashioned on upper floors. This hotel offers delicious and plentiful breakfasts with hot dishes and also different options of foods.

The location is fantastic, right by Alameda Park and Palacio de Bellas Artes. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, but it felt a bit cramped. The breakfast surprised me with high-quality options like eggs, meats, and fresh fruit, definitely a step up from typical hotel breakfasts. Staff were helpful when I had questions about local spots. The walls are thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep at times. The amenities were decent but the tight space and noise could be an issue if you prefer privacy.

Dude, location's on point! Right near the Alameda and some killer local spots. Breakfast? Super tasty, like fresh eggs and all that jazz. Just wish the room was a bit bigger. Felt kind of cramped. Still, it worked for what I needed. Oh, front desk was chill, helped me out with some questions.

Perfect spot near the Diego Rivera Museum and plenty of eats around. The staff was super helpful, getting us breakfast early after a long flight. Only bummer? The breakfast options got repetitive after a few days.

The staff were pretty good, checking us in early after a long flight and offering breakfast even before our official check-in. The location was perfect with numerous food options nearby. We enjoyed a clean, quiet room on the fifth floor with a nice view of the city 👍

The Superior Queen Room was cozy but pretty cramped. The bed was super comfy, and everything was super clean, which I loved! The view of the city was a nice touch, but I wished the bathroom was a bit bigger. Staff was super helpful too, so, made it nicer despite the tight space.
